Beloved of God and Called According to His Purposes,
And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together; For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. Romans 8:17-18
It is really a matter of perspective. What I mean is, the place from which you are viewing something will determine what it is that you will think about it and what you will do concerning it and where it is that you will wind up at the end of the day because of it. It is not a matter of whether we believe in the reality of Eternity; it is a matter of whether or not we see Eternity, not as a destiny, but rather as a nature, a state of being. The concept of heaven as being a place that is a far off is a lie. It is a deception that the devil has perpetrated against the church; an erroneous doctrine that the Outer Court as well as the Holy Place church has so eagerly embraced and has swallowed it hook, line and sinker. Eternity is not something that is outside of you, it is something that is inside of you by the virtue of being born again. John 1:13, Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of (the will of) God. It is not as though there is a God that lives in a place that is called eternity; it is that God is Eternity and Eternity IS because God IS (Exodus 3:14, I AM THAT I AM.) I like the way the Amplified renders this particular verse, I AM WHO I AM and WHAT I AM, and I WILL BE WHAT I WILL BE). There is again the word spoken to John in John 1:3, All things were made by him; and without him was not anything made that was made. So Eternity is not a place or a thing, it is the essence of a Being that emanates from that origin that is called by Himself “I AM THAT I AM.” How could it otherwise be when Jesus said of Himself in John 10:27, My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: 28 And I give unto them eternal (Eternity) life; and they shall never (Eternity) perish. So as was spoken to Mary concerning the fact of God’s overshadowing her and what the results would be, so is it also apropos of what it is that happens when we accept the Lord Jesus Christ as our personal Saviour. Luke 1:31, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, [Mark 1:8, I indeed have baptized you with water: but he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost.] and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee [Psalm 91:1, He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.] therefore also that holy thing [1 John 3:2, Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.] which shall be born [John 1:13, Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.] of thee shall be called the Son of God [1 Corinthians 15:49, And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.].
We are continuing to press the battle to the gate here in Ethiopia for we believe that there is an anointing and the evidence of that anointing is being manifested in the lives of the people that are hearing this Word of Sonship. The message of the coming of the Kingdom of God within the soul of man is touching them in an irrevocable manner.
Brother Tomas Brchan and his wife, Magdalena, as well as their little daughter, Ruth (a cutie by the way), live in the village of Stritez, located in Moravia, Czech Republic. They have traveled here to Ethiopia to labor with us as well as Brother Martin Hloska, one of the elders from the fellowship in Prague. Thank you so much, Kveta, as well as your children for allowing us to have the honor of your husband’s presence for the sake of this work. Your sacrifice and offering will be honored by the Lord, I can assure you. I have to say unequivocally they were all a blessing and have done much to build the Kingdom of God here in Ethiopia. We were most privileged as well as blessed to have them as part of our household and as essential members of the ministry team.
I am quite sure that they also will be making reports as to their visit and how it is that the Lord has touched them for they have expressed their excitement concerning the moving of the Holy Spirit here in Ethiopia. There seems to be a never-ending provision of doors that the LORD is opening to us. With each day there are divine appointments and more doors of opportunity to share this Gospel of the Sonship both here and in other areas of Ethiopia. So many doors are opening that it is a bit overwhelming; I find myself wondering how it is that we will be able to facilitate the will of God in it.
With respect to this thought there was a vision that came to me as I was in prayer with the ministry team. In closing, I would like to share with you this particular chapter of our time spent in Ethiopia. In the vision, I was a part of a team that had been involved in a very big project of finding and excavating for a hidden well that had been buried by and covered over with much earth, both inadvertently as well as deliberately. In the beginning of the project there was a very big hole that had been dug which was very wide and very deep and it had required some heavy duty excavating equipment. At the bottom of the hole we found what we believed to be the well that we were looking for. In the center of the hole we had uncovered huge pieces of concrete slabs that had been manufactured by someone and placed upon the well in somewhat the shape of a pyramid. We were all very excited for we knew that we had found what it was that we were looking for. We began to disassemble the pyramid from the top down. It was hard and very tough work, and because of the weight of the pieces, almost impossible to move. Nevertheless, we were determined to move them. One by one we moved the various stones of various sizes each bigger and heavier than the last, until we were almost exhausted from the effort. The combination of the heat, the dirt, the weight and energy required was almost more than what we could supply. We had finally come to the last slab of stone; it was huge and it looked impossible to move but we decided to make one more effort. We all lined up on one side of the stone and in unison with each other we put all of our strength into the lifting of that slab. As we did the stone began to lift and as it lifted water began to come out from underneath. When we saw the water it energized us so that we were able to shout and heave in unison. The slab lifted to a 45 degree angle, and a huge stream of water shot up from the mouth of the well to hit the bottom of the slab and shot it into the air. The water shot up into the air above us to the height of about 15 to 30 feet and then it began to rain down upon us, as water might pour out on you as if you were at the bottom of a huge waterfall. We began to sing and dance in the Lord, hugging one another and just praising the name of God for we had found the well of His excellent goodness. End of Vision.
I will let the vision speak for itself.
By the Will of the Father and in His service,
Brother Burt & Sister Nancy
